Facilities include: a fully equipped large kitchen and utility room with hob cooker, fridge, upright freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave. Bathroom with walk in shower cubicle. The lounge has a sun porch where you can watch the sun setting over the Sound of Mull, binoculars, telescope provided. There is also TV/Sky Freesat, Video/DVD, Books, board games for your entertainment.

There is 1 bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrope which also has superb views. We have a double Futon sofa bed with single bunk for those extra visitors or family in a separate room.
Pets are welcome.
Dogs particularly enjoy the opportunity to play in the 1/2 acre of enclosed grassy grounds. Owners can view the sun setting over the Sound of Mull from the patio.

Local amenities and car ferry to Mull 5 -10 minutes walk.
